CMDS Inc. (Westford, MA) is a design consulting company engaged in the development of high frequency integrated circuits. With over 25 years of design experience, CMDS has been a leader in developing innovative circuits for many commercial and military applications that include cellular infrastructure, consumer electronics, WLAN, VSAT, point-to-point radios and phased-array radar.

IMST (Kamp-Lintfort, Germany) is an experienced and independent R&D company offering engineering services for RF-systems and microelectronics. They develop innovative solutions for wireless communications and radio-controlled sensor technology to their customers' advantage. The core ability of IMST is the development of micro-electronic circuits, especially sophisticated chip design. Our circuit developments can be found, for example, in radio communication, radar technology and industrial metrology.

Plextek (Essex, United Kingdom) provides electronics design and consultancy services including full custom GaAs MMIC design. They have designed over 40 full custom ICs on a wide range of foundries and processes including those of both TriQuint Oregon and TriQuint Texas. Their experience encompasses LNAs, PAs, mixers, receivers, transmitters, transceivers, phase shifters, switches, limiters, step and voltage variable attenuators, frequency multipliers and VCOs.

RF Integration (Boston, MA) is a leading custom RF product development company with experience in GaAs, SiGe, RF CMOS and SiP (System in Package) technologies on process nodes ranging from 250nm to 65nm. Incorporated in 1999, RF Integration offers full turn-key product development and supply of custom RF solutions, radio systems and modules; RF Integrated Circuits (RFICs) or mixed signal IC's with significant high frequency content; and RF IP blocks that are integrated into their customers' products.

Roke Manor Research (Hampshire, United Kingdom) provides technology consultancy, product development and independent design service for custom GaAs MMICs. In addition to offering standalone designs, Roke also provides optimised MMIC components as part of larger system developments. Roke supports programs across a range of markets.

TNO (The Hague, Netherlands) is an independent research institute with extensive experience on modern radar systems and on the design, development and test of miniaturized microwave front-ends and antennas. TNO has developed MMICs for applications ranging from 1 to 100 GHz for customers in defence, government, industrial and space markets. Successful examples include S-band and X-band chip sets (High Power Amplifiers, Multi Function Chips, Phase shifters, Attenuators and Mixers) developed in various process technologies.

T-Optics (Mountain View, CA) specializes in the design of custom integrated circuits and packages for RF / microwave, mmWave and optical communication markets. They are focused on custom MMIC and RFIC designs in GaAs, GaN, InP and SiGe processes, high frequency modules, components and sub-systems. Offering design services for single-function ICs to complex multifunction chips up to 300 GHz, T-Optics excels in offering a differentiated product well-suited for commercial, space and military applications. Viper RF (Tyne & Wear, United Kingdom) is an established consultancy in electronic and radio frequency design including full custom GaAs Microwave Monolithic ICs. The VIPER RF design team is experienced in a wide range of application areas and market sectors including mobile communications, wireless infrastructure, radar and EW components for defence, SATCOMMs and very high power microwave amplifiers based on GaN. VIPER RF also provides full thermal simulations and design of electrical and mechanical interfaces.
